Hi. I’m an experienced Product Designer that has been focused on building enterprise applications for American Airlines Operations
Over the last 10 years, I've designed and helped develop many innovative tools used by thousands of employees everyday to run the airline. Before there was an Enterprise UX team, I worked between teams to bridge the gap between Product Owners and IT, translating complex processes into engaging, intuitive applications that are in production today.
I'm driven by utilizing design and technology to solve problems, maximize efficiency and improve how people get work done.
From design principles to technical optimizations, I bring an insatiable appetite for figuring things out. More specifically, using creativity, design foundations, and technical knowledge to solve problems.
